Ven. Mangala will be giving a series of talks on the Satipatthana Sutta, the Buddha’s discourse on the four foundations of mindfulness. In this series, he will focus on how to incorporate the Buddha’s teachings on Satipatthana into our daily practice. By making our way through the various sections of the Satipatthana Sutta, we will explore how these teachings can help us gain insight from our day-to-day experiences. These talks will be a wonderful introduction to the sutta for those new to meditation and for those who have never previously practiced these teachings.
