This is an uplifting opportunity to share loving kindness and good wishes with your loved ones – or anyone you know of who could benefit from the powerful teachings and blessings of the Buddha. We begin by collecting the names of those you’d like to dedicate the chanting towards. Ven Canda then recites the Karaniya Metta Sutta and invites you to join in from the comfort of your home.
