Dear Dhamma Friends,
On December 28th Abhayagiri will be offering a full in-person and livestreamed day of practice at Abhayagiri Monastery. The theme will be around mettā, and 5am to 6am we will be a part of a worldwide mettā meditation hosted by 24HR Mettā in Malaysia.
This will be day 1 of a week of chanting and meditation dedicated to world peace. This will be the only day which is livestreamed on Zoom.
If you want to come in-person or join via Zoom, you are welcome to come and go as you please, any time during the day.
We will be live on Zoom starting at 5am, and going for 12 hours until 5pm. See below for the details.
