Ven. Bhikkhu Bodhi
Ven. Bhikkhu Bodhi is American-born Buddhist monk who received ordination in Sri Lanka in 1973. He has many important publications to his credit, including The Middle Length Discourses of the Buddha (Majjhima Nikaya, 1995) and the Suttanipāta: An Ancient Collection of the Buddha’s Discourses (2017). In 2008, together with several of his students, he founded Buddhist Global Relief, a nonprofit supporting hunger and poverty relief. He currently lives and teaches at Chuang Yen Monastery in upstate New York.
